By The Way - A Selection of Public Art in Ireland.
Author Ann Lane has said recently; "Kiltimagh probably has as much
public art as some entire counties" and that "there should be a
turnstile at the entrance to the town because it's like an outdoor
gallery". What a nice compliment about the Kiltimagh efforts to make
the town special by the use of Sculpture.
Ann has
recently published 'By The Way - A Selection of Public Art in Ireland'.
Launched in the National Library in Dublin, the book features 350 pages of
full colour pictures of Sculpture throughout Ireland. Four pages are dedicated
to the Public Art in Kiltimagh. It is a delightful book and we are very
proud that Kiltimagh features so strongly.
