Maghu’s Castle &
Tir na nOg at the rear of Aiden St. Kiltimagh is a state of the art
indoor and outdoor play area for children aged 0-12 years old provided by
IRD in association with Mayo County Council and Western Rural Development
LEADER Company

The indoor area
provides adventure with its two level maze which incorporates giant slide,
punch-bags, rope bridge, aerial runway & ball pond. Funbooster cannon
games are very popular and are unique in Ireland to Maghus Castle
Maghus Castle
and Tir na nOg Funpark have been professionally designed to be fun and
stimulating and has separate safe toddler areas in both the indoor & outdoor
sections.
The Multi Use
Games Area (MUGA)is targeted at older children and is used to play a range
of sports including football, volleyball, basketball etc.
The project is
totally enclosed. Access into and out of the facility is controlled by the
supervisors so children cannot wander off. Children are supervised by adults
at all times. The area is covered by CCTV which coupled with the conformity
to the latest standards of safety of equipment and surfaces, makes the
project one of the safest in the region in which children can explore and
develop themselves.

Directions:
Maghus Castle and Tir na nOg Funpark is located
at the Rear of Aiden St.
Go onto Aiden St and turn in the laneway by
Shannons B&B. Proceed straight for 100 metres. Parking is available onsite
and additional parking is available both at the Car Park on Aiden St and at
Market Square, both less than a minutes walk from the facility.
